1. Introduction & Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Algoboni Co. ("we", "us", "our"), operator of the location-based service Nearby K-Food, collects, uses, stores, shares and protects Personal Information. The Service helps users discover Korean restaurants near an entered address or near the user's current location.
This Policy is intended to meet the transparency requirements of applicable laws including the Korean PIPA, EU GDPR, and the California CCPA/CPRA.
Important: You may use parts of the Service without registering. However, certain features (such as saving restaurants, writing Visitor Reviews, and accessing My Page) require signing in via a supported social login provider.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum data necessary to provide and improve the Service. Data categories include:

We do not receive your social login password. Profile photo is only collected if explicitly provided.
- Saved Items & User Content: When signed in, we store your My Restaurants list (bookmarks) and any Visitor Reviews you create (review text, rating, timestamps, and optional metadata).
- Location Data: Real-time GPS coordinates (latitude/longitude) when you request nearby results, and IP-based approximate location for language and regional responses. Obtaining precise location requires your consent.
- Technical & Network Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser and OS information, access timestamps, referring URL, and error logs used for diagnostics, security, and analytics.
- Usage & Interaction Data: Searches, clicks, favorites, ad interactions, and other behavioral data used to improve recommendations and the Service.
- Advertising & Banner Interaction: Interaction records for ads and site banners (including clicks on third-party promotional links such as travel or e-commerce listings). We do not share identifiable user data with third-party merchants unless you voluntarily proceed to those third-party sites and provide information there.
